Orrrg’s Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
At Orrrg, we are committed to creating a safe digital environment for all users, especially children. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any content, communication, or behavior that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes images, videos, links, text, or grooming behaviors.
2. Detection and Moderation
We use both automated tools and human moderators to detect, flag, and remove any CSAE-related content or behavior. Content matching known CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) hashes is automatically blocked and reported.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report any suspicious or harmful behavior directly through our platform using our in-app reporting tools. Reports are reviewed promptly, and action is taken immediately when violations are identified.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
We report CSAE content and behaviors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and fully cooperate with law enforcement as required by law. We comply with all local and international regulations, including those outlined by the U.S. PROTECT Act and the EU Digital Services Act.
5. User Education and Safety
We provide safety tips and education to help users recognize and report CSAE-related content. We also limit account features for underage users and implement default privacy settings to reduce risks.
6. Platform Protections
Age-gating and age verification checks
Content filtering and keyword monitoring
IP banning and device fingerprinting for banned users
7. Ongoing Review
We regularly update our policies and moderation systems to ensure they reflect best practices and the latest global standards on CSAE prevention.
